Appointment Policies

At Allure, we love our brides and pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and providing the best experience possible for all brides and their guests. In order to do this, we ask that all individuals attending the appointment are made aware of our policies prior to coming to the appointment.

 

  • Due to the size of our boutique and the design of the seating areas, we ask that you please limit the number of guests to 4 (plus the bride). If you need to have more than 4 guests at your appointment, please ask our staff about our Diamond Bridal appointments or weekday options to accommodate your party.
  • Due to the delicate nature of the merchandise, as well as for safety reasons, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12.
  • No food or outside drinks will be allowed in the store. We will have water for all guests, and when you say yes to your dress, we will have champagne available to celebrate!
  • Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment in order to allow us to provide you with the experience that you deserve. Appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes and often can not be extended due to other scheduled appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation. In addition, please do not arrive early for your appointment as we may not have space for your party if there are other appointments in progress.
