Our favorite part of working in the bridal industry is meeting our brides face-to-face and providing them with the memorable, personalized dress shopping experience we believe every girl deserves. During this time of social distancing, however, since you can't come to us, we've decided to bring the experience to you!

How Does it Work?

Once your appointment is scheduled, we'll start by sending you an online interview to fill out and return before your initial consultation. This will give you an opportunity to share information about your vision for your wedding, style preferences, timeline, and budget to help your stylist prepare for your appointment. Then, on the day of your consultation, we'll hop on a Zoom call with you and everyone you would like to invite to your appointment. During your consultation, your stylist will show you dresses that fit your style and budget, pointing out details and providing you with information about each, and will help you select up to 5 gowns to try on. Once you have selected your dresses, arrangements will be made to get the dresses and your at home try-on kit to you. After you receive your package, your stylist will join you for a second video call while you try on the dresses. She will walk you through the process, offer advice and feedback, explain alteration options, and answer any questions. Hopefully by the end, you will have found "the one," and we will celebrate as you say YES to the dress!

We Want to Celebrate with You!

We believe that finding THE dress is something worth celebrating, so once your dress comes in, we will schedule a Dress Pickup Celebration. At that time, you and your family and friends will be invited to come to the store so that you can try on your dress, and at that time, we will celebrate by popping champagne, taking lots of pictures, and sending you off with some goodies from us to you!

  • A security deposit of $100/dress will be charged to your credit card, and the card information will be kept on file until the dresses have been returned.
  • If a dress is selected and ordered, the entire deposit will be applied directly to your purchase.
  • If no dress is selected, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $50 non-refundable at home try-on fee.

Time Frame

Once you receive your dresses, you will have 3 days before they must be returned, so we recommend checking dates with anyone you want involved in this part of the appointment, and scheduling your second video call with your stylist before making arrangements to receive the dresses.

Other Important Details

  • All deliveries/drop-offs must be scheduled in advance.
  • If dresses are not returned on time, there will be a $50/day late fee charged to the card on file.
  • If dresses are returned damaged or stained, cleaning/repair fees will be charged to the card on file.
  • Gowns, garment bags, hangers and clips will all be disinfected and steamed with a commercial grade steamer after each appointment.
